This delineator will get the job done! It looks good and has the features we needed (size, color, reflector bands and personalized initials). My only reason for 4 not 5 stars is that it is a lighter weight hard plastic and there is sharper edges on the loop at the top that your hands grabs that were not smoothed all the way down where the extrusion joints are.

This is a good choice for personnel barricade or queuing system. It is lightweight however, the base choices are good but the connection point between the tube and base could be more sturdy for outdoor service. But it still works well.
